The Harbinger team consists of a wide variety of individuals who have diverse backgrounds, experience levels, capabilities and interests.

When building account teams, we look at these characteristics and skills in conjunction with each individual's unique talents. These unique talents aren't just strengths and weaknesses; they define what each person loves to do that is instinctive, inspiring and something that they can do better than anyone else.

To determine individual unique talents, every new employee completes an invigorating exercise that highlights the one characteristic that sets them apart from everyone else. Something that is embedded in their soul that drives the reason they are excellent at some things and not so good at others.

Once we have determined this unique talent, we create a new moniker for each individual that is shared within the agency and externally with clients and all other partners that we deal with. And as we build specific client teams and structure workload and resources, we strive to best match the distinctive skills and unique talents of each team member with the appropriate opportunity to ensure a winning situation for everyone involved.
